Application Process for the Christmas ArtWalk in Breaux Bridge
The Christmas ArtWalk in Breaux Bridge is a curated celebration of creativity, showcasing exceptional artisans, craftspeople, specialty bakers, and select food and retail vendors. Our thorough application process ensures a diverse and high-quality lineup that aligns with the event’s artistic vision, creating a memorable holiday market experience.
Vendor Allocation: We aim to dedicate approximately 80% of vendor spaces to artisans and craftspeople in categories such as paintings and drawings, handmade crafts, pottery and ceramics, metalwork, woodwork, leather goods, sculpture, glass art, and jewelry. The remaining 20% is reserved for specialty bakers, food vendors offering prepared foods to nourish attendees, and select retail vendors with local or holiday-themed goods.
Application Deadline: We encourage all interested vendors to submit their applications as soon as possible. Early submissions allow us ample time to review your work and select the best fit for our curated market. Applications received early will receive priority consideration.
Selection Process: Our selection committee carefully reviews each application, assessing its quality, originality, and alignment with the ArtWalk’s vision. Exceptional applications may receive immediate acceptance if they strongly align with our criteria. Applicants will be notified if accepted by October 1 if they applied early. Those who applied after October 1 will be notified by November 15. Should spaces remain available after the deadline, we will consider late applications, so please check our website or Facebook page for updates.
We welcome artists, creators, and makers to join us in crafting a magical evening market. Apply as soon as possible to be part of this festive community event!

Vendor Setup Requirements
Here’s what you need to prepare for a successful booth:
A 10x10 tent (any color is allowed)
Lighting for your display (it gets dark around 5:00 PM)
Tables or shelving to display your items
Extension cords, if you plan to use our limited electricity supply
Bakers and food vendors needing a generator must bring their own.
Booth fee: $75 (No Refunds)
